Residents and faculty form a tight-knit family allowing camaraderie, respect, and collaboration to flourish. These strong relationships with faculty are created and strengthened through educational conferences, journal clubs, and simulations. 

We value work-life balance and strive to promote personal well-being. From our annual welcome event in July that kicks off the academic year to the holiday party in December, our department is committed to celebrating our hard-earned accomplishments. Family time and friendship is highly valued by our program.
