Effective Friday, Oct. 17, a portion of 7th Avenue South between 19th and 20th streets south will be closed so crews can install exterior signage on the new Altec/Styslinger Genomic Medicine and Data Sciences Building, which was completed in the spring. Detour routes will be clearly marked for drivers to navigate around the site.

Crews will close a section of the northbound lane of 19th Street South between University Boulevard and 7th Avenue South 7 a.m.-4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct.

Due to ongoing construction at the new Biomedical Research and Psychology Building, the outside westbound lane of University Boulevard between 16th and 14th streets south will be closed Nov. 16-30.

A bicycle, e-bike or scooter can be a great way to commute, get to class or reach a cross-campus meeting. New options for storage include interior bike storage rooms and bike lockers at Lister Hill Library.
