USGA RSO Affiliate Application

If you plan to utilize USGA funding during the Fall 2026, you must complete this USGA Affiliate Application by Friday, February 6th, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

• • Failure to complete this application will result in no USGA funding for the Spring 2026 semester. 
  • If you already completed this form during Fall 2025, you DO NOT need to complete it again, unless there has been updated information!

• There will be two Budget Information Sessions available, and two members of your organization are required to attend either one of the sessions if you plan on applying for Spring 2026 USGA funding.
• Two available dates for the budget information sessions are: 
  • Wednesday, January 28 at 5 PM in HSC 204/206
  • Thursday, January 29 at 4 PM on Zoom

• Budget Request Period: February 2nd at 12:00 AM CST to February 13th at 11:59 PM CST.

• • Organizations can complete the budget request through the “Finance” tab located in your organization Engage page.

• Fall 2026 Budget Hearing Period:

  •  Monday, February 16th through Friday, February 27th.
