Because of the classes in the CEM program, I have gained a greater confidence in the work that I do every day. I really believe that the CEM program played a major part with me getting the company position that I have now. Even though I had only completed a few semesters of classes, pursuing a master’s degree made me stand out above the other candidates.

Thanks to this amazing program, I was just promoted to Civil Engineer I status by the county where I work. One of the best parts of the program are the friends that I have made from the very first group project. We communicate (network) multiple times per day, on weekends and even between terms.

Since I started this program I have earned my PMP and LEED AP certifications. The courses offered in the CEM program makes acquiring these certifications such a breeze. This program has certainly expedited my construction career.

CEM was a great experience, especially with the opportunity to interact online with the vast differences in classmate ages, job positions, and general locations, as peers are scattered throughout the world. It was beneficial to work with others on group projects that had different educational backgrounds and knowledge in the construction industry.
