To the entire staff and instructors, you have put together an outstanding program that really translates to the reality of the real world. The information and tools that we received can be put to use today and that is so valuable.

All of the classes are absolutely amazing. Even though they are construction management oriented, they truly apply to other fields like design, architecture, engineering, and landscape architecture. I am very grateful for the CEM program and super excited about the future.

All of the courses in the CECM program have real world relevance.

The CEM courses quickly improved my construction knowledge, leadership abilities, critical thinking skills, and made me much more confident. The CEM classes are well structured, highly informative, and the instructors are of high caliper. The CEM program administration has been simply amazing because they are so helpful and very responsive.

The CEM program is exemplar in terms of providing relevant construction industry knowledge and flexibility. Because of this program, my experience, and recently expanded duties, I have risen to a senior vice president on a leadership team with a large design-build firm.

CEM was a great experience, especially with the opportunity to interact online with the vast differences in classmate ages, job positions, and general locations, as peers are scattered throughout the world. It was beneficial to work with others on group projects that had different educational backgrounds and knowledge in the construction industry.

I got exactly what I thought I would from the program and then some. Like my military background, CEM is about discipline, learning, and work ethic, which forced me to be diligent and non-complacent. I am very excited about my future and career opportunities.

Approaching graduation, I recently landed a job with a large commercial contracting company, but it was contingent on me completing my UAB degree. These opportunities would not have be possible if not for the CEM program and I am very thankful.

An older superintendent told me to never stop learning if I wanted to advance in the construction industry. I had years of construction field knowledge, but I did not have much business or office experience. The CEM classes have been fantastic, expanded my knowledge, and also helped me build some outstanding professional contacts and relationships.

After building houses for several years, I recently applied for a position as an assistant project manager in the commercial construction industry. Without the challenges that the CEM program has given me, I do not feel that I would be prepared for this role. I feel that this degree helps jump start us late bloomers back to the front of the crowd. I would not trade this degree for the world, and it has given me the confidence to compete with the best of the best in the construction industry.

Because of the classes in the CEM program, I have gained a greater confidence in the work that I do every day. My supervisor would agree, because some of the younger folks in our company are starting the CEM program right now. The results coming out of the program speak for themselves and it is something that they believe in. My advancement in the company would not have been possible without this degree.

The CEM program has been the best education that I ever received. What I learned in the classroom and what I was doing on the jobsite went together. The knowledge from this program has exceeded my expectations, but my favorite part was the connections that I made with my classmates during group projects.

Every class brought something positive to the table. Having hands-on access to the P6 Scheduling and Building Information Modeling software was just great. The program tested our perseverance and helped build professional character.
