    Rates for Summer Camp
    UAB Affiliate $175 per child/ per week
    Non-Affiliates $195 per child/ per week

    Pricing for Week 1, 4 & 6
    UAB Affiliate $135 per child/ per week
    Non-Affiliates $155 per child/ per week

    *25% deposit is needed to hold your spot in camps. This deposit in non-refundable and non-transferable.
    *** Before and After Care options are available at $25 each per week, $20 each per prorated week. Before and After Care are PAID IN FULL at the time of enrollment.

  • Refund and Request Form
    • Youth camp deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. No cash refunds.
    • All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the Refund Request Form and received by University Recreation Staff.
    • Refund requests received 7 or more days prior to the first day of camp are eligible for a full refund minus the 25% deposit.
      • **If camp fees are paid in full, a 25% deposit (per child) is considered a deposit
      • ** Single Day Camps are eligible for 50% refund
    • Refund requests received fewer than 7 days prior to the first day of camp are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid
      • Not applicable to Single Day Camps
      • Refund requests received fewer than 24 hours prior to the start of camp will not be offered a refund unless the two circumstances below pertain to you.
    • Refund requests received fewer than 7 days prior to the start of camp may be offered a full refund for the following situations only:
      • Medical Withdrawal (doctor’s note required)
      • Military Relocation (documentation required)
      • Refunds for before and after care will be credited to the account if there is an existing balance for camp weeks (25% deposit plan)
        • Payment for before and after care is due up front, in full. Pricing for before and after care will be prorated if that week of camp is prorated.
    • Transfers can be made up to 7 days prior to the first day of camp (deposits are non-transferrable, additional deposit is required)

    Refunds can be processed during business hours Monday – Friday between 800am-11:30am and 1pm-4:00pm.

    Preference Example: Monday 9am, Tuesday 3:30pm
