The Agreements team within OSP is responsible for the administration of UAB research related activities which are made possible by external funding sources. The Agreements team reviews and negotiates contracts for execution and assists with coordination of internal and external requirements to initiate sponsored programs for UAB.

OSP is organized into teams. Each team operates under the direction of a Director. The Agreements team is headed by the Director of OSP Agreements, who reports to the AVP for Research/ ED, Office of Sponsored Programs, who in turn reports to the Vice President for Research.
