The PM&R Residency Program includes rotations at Spain Rehabilitation Center, The Workplace at UAB Highlands, UAB Health System, Birmingham VA Medical Center, Andrews Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Center, Children's Hospital of Alabama, and UAB St. Vincent's Occupational Health.

Urology, Rheumatology, Neuroradiology, Outpatient Specialties, Infectious Disease, Geriatric Medicine, Orthotics and Prosthetics, Radiology, Orthopeadics, Neurosurgery, Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Occupational Medicine, Research, Interventional Pain, Spasticity, Neuromuscular Diseases, Weight Loss Medicine, Wound Care, Away Rotations outside of UAB, International Rotations, and other rotations approved by the Program Director.
