Erin Eun-Young Ahn, Ph.D., a professor in the Division of Molecular and Cellular Pathology, has been named a 2025 Termeer Scholar. The Termeer Scholars Program provides mentoring, networking and coaching for academic researchers, with the goal of helping them translate bench science into real-world impact for patients.
The program is a two-day highly interactive workshop for academics through which participants will explore values-driven leadership, learn from life science industry experts and discover pathways to bring their ideas from the bench to the bedside. The rigorous application process requires multiple essay submissions, a video submission and a final interview.
"I hope that this opportunity will bring new directions and advances in my research," said Ahn. "I look forward to gaining meaningful experiences and opportunities from the Termeer Scholars Program."
The Termeer Institute is a Boston-based, nonprofit organization dedicated to developing life-science leaders and accelerating translational research. It was founded by Henri A. Termeer, the pioneering Genzyme CEO, and it is actively building a strong network across the biotech community.
