The Brain Health Advocacy Mission (BHAM) program encourages people of all ages to improve and maintain their brain health.

You can do this by having a healthy lifestyle, such as exercising, eating well, and getting adequate sleep, which will lower your risk for dementia and stroke in the future. Listening to music can motivate individuals: Music can make exercise fun and enjoyable and lift one’s mood, along with other benefits.

The BHAM program has created a music video called “Maintain the Brain” to help educate you on ways to maintain brain health in your everyday activities.
