Conference Details:
This one-day lecture series will feature an exciting keynote address by Olympian Vonetta Flowers, as well as panel discussions, breakout sessions and lectures with UAB Sports and Exercise Medicine physicians, athletic trainers, physical therapists and sports performance coaches. These sessions will discuss optimizing performance, avoiding injury, new research in running medicine, nutrition, mental health and more.
