You have two options for registering attendance at an activity:

1. Text a SMS message containing the activity ID
2. Enter the activity ID into the Claim Credit Dialog Box on the MYCME tab on the CME portal*

Before you can use the text option, you must first have an active account and then pair your phone to your account in the system.

1. To pair your phone to your account, text your account email to (855) 788-6536.
   • this is a one-time process
2. You will receive a message saying "Thank you [your name], your phone number has been updated..."
3. To record attendance to an activity, text the activity ID or code that has been provided for the activity.

Please Note: If you want to use single sign-on (i.e. Blazer ID and password) to access the system, please use your uab.edu email address.

If you receive a "User Not Found" message when pairing your phone, please contact us at cme@uab.edu so we can check your account information.

If you inadvertently send a text twice for the same activity (i.e. same ID code), you will be notified that your attendance has already been recorded. 

*The MYCME tab will appear on the main menu when you sign in to the system
