Transitioning to a new role at UAB can be challenging, especially if you have never worked in higher education. The "Succeeding at UAB" program is designed to take a deeper dive than Discover UAB Orientation, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of UAB and what it means to be successful, not just in performance metrics but also in relationship and community building.
This supplementary and optional program follows the Discover UAB (eLearning and Zoom sessions). The in-person component allows new employees to connect with each other and start to grow their UAB network.
