The Student Affairs Dessert Bake-Off Competition presented by the Professional Development Committee was a huge success. The winner of the competition was Brandon Brown of Student Housing and Residence Life who made TwoMama’s Skillet Apple Pie. Brandon also won the People’s Choice Award.

Veterans Services celebrated UAB's men and women of service leading up to Veterans Day
During the week leading up to Veteran's Day the Department of Veterans Services paid honor to UAB Students and staff who are veterans of the armed forces. The men and women of service were feted with food and door prizes.
