The free event, organized by the Student Engagement and Enrichment Programming Board, in conjunction with, the UAB Career Center, Department of Art & Art History, and Student Engagement and Enrichment office, aims to support students interested in careers in the humanities by offering guidance on how to use their voices effectively, build professional skills, and explore opportunities in humanities fields.
Ryan Meyer, assistant professor of Graphic Design, will serve as the moderator.
All UAB students are invited to attend. The session promises to provide valuable tools for civic engagement, communication, and leadership — helping attendees prepare for roles that contribute to cultural, educational, and community development.
