ABOUT THIS EVENT
Virtual Event | Free Event
The UAB Shared Values program is a pivotal experience that will continue to build upon our core values: Collaborate, Act with Integrity, Respect All, and Excel. This program offers a personal application of UAB values, helping participants understand how shared values shape decision-making, behavior, and relationships. Through self-reflection, interactive discussions, and practical exercises, participants will identify and learn how to align their professional lives for greater fulfillment and effectiveness.
Learning Outcomes
Participants will be able to articulate the significance of collaboration in achieving collective goals and organizational success. They will clearly define what integrity means professionally and understand its importance for individual and organizational success. Additionally, participants will develop strategies for understanding the value of respect and its impact on building healthy relationships. They will also explore promoting a culture within teams by encouraging collaboration, innovation, and high standards.
