Research Interests

My research interests lie in understanding how nutrition influences the prevention and management of chronic and metabolic disorders, with a particular emphasis on diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, and cancer.

Why did you decide to pursue a PhD?

I am passionate about advancing knowledge in Nutrition Science. My long-term goal is to become an educator and research scientist, contributing solutions that address metabolic disorders and critical health challenges. Pursuing a Ph.D. is an essential step in this journey, as it will provide me with the advanced research skills, analytical expertise, and scholarly experience needed to lead impactful studies and develop innovative strategies to improve population health.
