OPT-X is a research study aiming to find the best package for keeping weight off once you lose it. Participants will be asked to use digital resources and meet in group settings.
Phase 1 is a 4-month weight loss program.
Phase 2 is a 12-month extended care program for those that lose 5% of their weight in Phase 1.
In addition to receiving the program at no cost, participants will receive compensation up to $175 for completing follow-up visits.
