The UAB Department of Nutrition Sciences, in collaboration with Viking Therapeutics, is conducting a 78 week research study to look into how well VK2735, a GLP-1 and GIP combo investigational once weekly medicine, works at different doses in people with type 2 diabetes and overweight or obesity.
