The UAB Department of Nutrition Sciences is conducting a study to see how an investigational drug works in lowering body weight.
Who May Qualify?
- Eligible participants must be at least 18 years old.
- Are living with obesity or overweight (Body mass index (BMI) ≥ 27)
- Do not have type 2 diabetes
In addition to study medication, participants will receive diet and exercise counseling. Participants will be compensated for study visits.
