As Chair of the Division of Adolescent Medicine at UAB, Tamera Coyne-Beasley, M.D., MPH, sees patients ranging from puberty through late adulthood, with a focus on areas including behavioral concerns, substance abuse, eating disorders, and general health issues common among this age range including sexual and reproductive health. She can comment on trends that impact teens, and provide insight for parents.
