UAB undergraduate research will be showcased at the summer 2025 expo. The University of Alabama at Birmingham will host its summer 2025 Service Learning and Undergraduate Research Expo from July 23-24.
The expo is held every semester and is a celebration of excellence in research, creative activity and scholarship. It highlights the academic endeavors of undergraduate students and allows them the opportunity to present research findings, receive feedback, and exchange experiences and ideas among peers and faculty.
Expo dates and events include:
- July 14: Abstracts due
- July 23: In-person oral presentations in Sterne Library
- 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.: Rooms 222F and 222G
- July 24: In-person poster presentations in the National Alumni Society House
- 9:00 a.m.-10:30 a.m.: Session A
- 11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.: Session B
- Lunch Break
- 1:30 p.m.-3:00 p.m.: Session C
The in-person expo is free and open to the public.
