Why did you pursue a career in neurology?
Throughout medical school there was only one subject that really excited me: neurology. I enjoyed everything from the anatomy to the neuro exam to the patient population - it just felt like everything clicked into place. Neurology is also growing so rapidly and constantly evolving - I think it's very exciting to have the opportunity to be a lifelong learner.
What is your favorite holiday, and why?
Halloween because scary movies are the best!
If you could do any other job, what would it be?
I would have gone to culinary school and studied to be a pastry chef - I love to bake!
