Biography

Dr. Franzetti received his medical degree at University of Arkansas in 2020. He completed his internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and his residency at University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. In 2025 he finished his Mohs fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and became a faculty member of the Dermatology department. He sees patients at Whitaker Clinic in downtown Birmingham and at UAB Dermatology's Montgomery location.

Dr. Franzetti appreciates the ability of dermatologists to greatly improve not only their patients' quality of life, but also their self esteem and confidence. In his free time, he likes to spend time with his wife and dog, play golf, play fantasy football, and read science fiction novels.
