Research Areas
Study of the biology of various diseases in many therapeutic areas, including neurodegeneration, psychotherapeutics, inflammation, pain, cardiovascular, cancer, infectious diseases, diabetes, cystic fibrosis. Design and synthesis of small molecules for a molecular target. Optimizing and transforming nominal hit(s) into a chemical series from which active drug-like compounds are identified and move forward into preclinical/clinical development.
