Amanda is a seasoned tech transfer professional largely responsible for financial and administrative operations at the Harbert Institute. In addition, she oversees critical functions including intellectual property disclosure, patent prosecution, agreement management, and federal award compliance. Amanda also manages the marketing and licensing of a portfolio of research tools.

Prior to joining the team at the Harbert Institute, Amanda worked as an English teacher in Japan. She has a B.A. in English from Samford University and an MBA from UAB.
