Lab Rotation Evaluation for Mentor

Research rotations provide an opportunity for each student to experience the research environment in several different labs. These experiences are critical for choosing an appropriate lab/mentor for one's thesis work.

This form is to be completed no later than 10 days after the last day of the lab rotation.

Note: It is critical for the student's development as a scientist that you be as honest and objective as possible in this evaluation.

2026-2027 Rotation Dates:

- Early Spring 2026: January 12 - March 13, 2026
- Late Spring 2026: March 16 - May 15, 2026 (if needed)
- Early Fall 2026: August 10 - October 9, 2026
- Late Fall 2026: October 12 - December 11, 2026
