Board Member

LaTrenda Hardy works for the Personnel Board of Jefferson County, Alabama, where she is responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies aimed at attracting diverse and qualified applicant for a range of job types and levels.

A native of Tuscaloosa, she holds a Bachelor’s degree from the College of Commerce and Business Administration at The University of Alabama, as well as a Master’s of Public Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

LaTrenda has over 30 years of experience in human resources, having served in various roles within non-profits, quasi-government agencies and local government.
