Danielle Webster is a Detroit native, proud Miles College alumna, and graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she earned her Master of Public Administration. With over three years of federal government experience, she has built a career rooted in leadership and service to the public.

As the founder of Webster & Co. Customer Solutions, Danielle helps mission-driven organizations elevate their customer experience through purposeful strategy and service excellence. She’s passionate about empowering marginalized communities, civic engagement and leading with authenticity.

In her free time, Danielle enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
