Board Member

Brandi Niles is a two-time graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2000 and a Master of Public Administration in 2024. Currently, Brandi is pursuing an Interdisciplinary Graduate Studies Master of Arts at UAB, concentrating on Nonprofit Management and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Advocacy, with plans to pursue a doctorate in the near future.

Brandi has worked within the nonprofit sector in Central Alabama for more than 15 years where she has gained experience in leadership, resource development, public speaking, project management, volunteer coordination, direct service and strategic planning. Currently she works as a Corporate Relations Manager for the United Way of Central Alabama, Inc. Her professional journey also includes significant roles in regulatory compliance, case management, and client relations, demonstrated through her roles at McGriff, Siebels, & Williams, Inc., and Clark, James, Hanlin, & Hunt, LLC. Her commitment to public service began at Glenwood Inc. and as a Homeless Services Case Manager at JBS Mental Health Authority, where she provided comprehensive support to clients in need.

Residing in Leeds, Alabama, Brandi lives near her daughter and son-in-law, along with her two dogs, Hermoine and Cooper. She is actively involved in her community through memberships in the Junior League of Birmingham, Rotary International, and Women United.
