Kizzi is a transfer student and senior in Anthropology with a minor in Human Rights. She currently serves as one of the assistants for the Anthropology department, is an active member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, Anthropology Student Association and an American Anthropological Association undergraduate member. As a mother of two, her professional interests include educating others, providing resources for the less fortunate and closing accessibility gaps in Birmingham's impoverished neighborhoods.

Although she is a California native, Kizzi has been in Birmingham since 2001 and calls it home. She hopes to inspire others that come from or are currently experiencing injustices in our society through her life's work after graduation.
