Submit Your Final Transcript

Your admission to UAB is contingent until we have received your official, final transcript (high school transcript for freshmen; college transcript for transfer students). You will need to request that your final transcript be sent directly to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

If you have received dual or concurrent college credit in high school, you will also need to request that an official college transcript be sent to UAB.

Transcripts must be sent directly to UAB from the institution to be considered official. For transcripts sent through a secured transcript service (like Parchment, eScrip, or National Student Clearinghouse), please select University of Alabama at Birmingham from the vendor’s dropdown menu. For mailed transcripts, please reference the mailing address included on this page.

Final transcripts must be received no later than the first day of class of your first semester of enrollment.
